(VIDEO) My Coaching Story

January 22 - THIS DAY is a pretty powerful day for me.

I don’t know why, but some pretty amazing things have happened for me on the 22nd over the years.

Maybe it’s because it’s a double of my birthday - January 11th - there is magic and meaning numbers!!

4 years ago TODAY, I became a Diamond Coach. Many of you have no idea what that means and that’s ok. But it was a BIG deal for me and my coaching business.

On that same day, 4 years ago, I also received a personal note from the CEO of my company with $100 US bill inside. I still have bill and card!!

3 years ago TODAY, I was invited to share my story at the New Leaders Conference in California.

Me.... onstage..... in front of 500 of the newest leaders in our company 😳

For someone who has always been introverted and prefers to just put her head down and work behind the scenes THIS was terrifying!!

But I got up there and did it.

I haven’t watched this video in a long time now.

But I shared it in our Behind the Scenes of Coaching group yesterday.

The messages I received from those in the group brought tears to my eyes.

Honestly, I had forgotten about the power of my story.

Sometimes you forget about things you have done and the impact they hold because you are so focused on moving forward.

Then it popped up in my memories this morning and I KNEW I had to share it with you.
