Dear Woman in the mirror:
Do you know how strong you really are?
Do you understand the power you hold?
Do you realize what you are capable of?
Do you truly understand what you are worth?
This isn't always easy.... living in a world where we are told to love ourselves as we are bombarded with false imagery of what society classifies as being feminine, we are encouraged to be real and raw and than ridiculed for 'over exposing ourselves', told to express but then shamed.
Sometimes that woman in the mirror needs a little push to see it through all the noise.
Don't ever be afraid to look her straight in the eyes and remind her that her worth is unconditional and non-negotiable, that she is perfectly imperfect and beyoutifully unique!! 💕
